At Tonic Bubble, your satisfaction means a lot to us! Our 30-day money-back policy guarantees you a full refund if you are not satisfied with your Tonic Bubble products. You must request a return within 30 days upon receipt of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your shower head filter item (including ceramic beads, microfiber cloth, vitamin C cartridge and PP cotton sediment filter) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. The item/s must be returned to us in full. You may try out your shower head by taking out all the filters. You’ll also need the original proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your package via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Tonic Bubble for a refund is at the expense of the customer and will NOT be reimbursed or refunded. Please feel free to choose whatever method of shipping is the most economical.

Once the return package is sent, please email us a photo of the return postage receipt as proof of shipping at Please note, we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.



We try to process returns as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days upon receipt of your returned parcel for the items to be checked by our team. Once completed, we will promptly issue a refund back via your original form of payment, and email you a confirmation.

Please note that depending on your financial institution it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to clear back into your account. Please keep an eye out for email notifications from us, as we will keep you updated along the way.



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
