Okay, so we had a Tsunami scare on Saturday. Maybe you heard about it.
But the Ohana Day fair in Wahiawa went on even through all the panic going on the island. If you’re unfamiliar with the island of Oahu, Wahiawa town sits on a plateau in the very center of the island. If a tsunami ever made it to Wahiawa’s city borders, well…then that would mean the whole of the Pacific would be in big trouble. So the fair went on…and lots of people from the North Shore came into town to ride it out.
We had a great day. You could barely hear the civil defense sirens blaring over the music. And about the lunch hour the island got the all clear signal.
Tonic demo’ed our bubble solution and we had fun watching kids watching our bubbles float over the event. We’ll post some pics soon.
Thanks Iliahi for a great day!
